Help needed in choosing and applying to Russian Med school

I am looking forward to study Medicine in Russia after finishing my A levels this June 2014 . I got AAA in AS and I predict AAA* in full A level in Biology Chemistry and Mathematics .

So i searched a lot about universities and i am interested in doing the 6 year Pediatric course offered by Nizhny Novgorod State Medical academy and Saint Petersburg state Pediatric medical academy . But I have one question still unanswered given that i personally mailed this question to those universities . My question is " Does these universities offer 6 year undergraduate Pediatric course in English medium ? " I would be grateful if anyone could answer that .

Secondly , Can you people tell me some Russian universities which offer 6 year undergraduate Pediatric course in English medium ?

Another question is , are there any Medical universities in Moscow which offer MD or Pediatrics (undergraduate 6 year) course in English medium ?

Thank you very much , the thing is i want to do 6 year Pediatrics course in English and i dont know whether that course in available in English medium or not in any of the Russian Medical universities . Thats all !
